If you have never been to Vinhomes Grand Park, the first number worth picturing is its scale: more than 271 hectares in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, large enough to be called a "city in miniature" rather than an ordinary apartment complex. The three Avicasa towers (T04, T19, T21) sit right inside this township, so getting a feel for the wider neighborhood tells you far more than the apartment alone.
Scale and location
Developed by Vingroup and started in late 2018, Vinhomes Grand Park spans Long Thanh My and Long Binh wards in Thu Duc City, bordered by the Dong Nai and Tac rivers. The township takes in roughly 71 high-rise towers along with low-rise blocks, more than 43,000 apartments in all, with close to 70% of the land given over to parks, water features and public amenities. Five years on from the first handovers, over 60,000 residents now live here.
A "city" in miniature, not just somewhere to sleep
What sets Vinhomes Grand Park apart from an ordinary apartment complex is the sheer density of amenities: Vinschool campuses from kindergarten through high school, a Vinmec clinic, the Vincom Mega Mall Grand Park shopping centre (opened in mid-2024) with its CGV cinema, the roughly 36-hectare Anh Sang Park, the VinWonders Grand Park entertainment area, a golf driving range and more than 150 outdoor sports courts. Most everyday needs, from school runs and routine check-ups to shopping and weekend outings, are covered without leaving the grounds.
